Founder
Charlotte Puechmaille
Charlotte is passionate about Digital Health, Women's Health (FemTech), and Sustainability.
She brings over a decade of expertise in launching new markets, driving sales development, and building medical collaborations across the global digital health sector.
As the former Head of Strategy at Withings, she successfully launched more than 15 digital health products across Europe and North America, spanning both consumer and medical markets.
Her robust HealthTech network includes over 2,000 professionals in Europe.
Charlotte holds a Master’s in Management from HEC Paris Business School (2011) and a Specialized Master’s in Sustainability from Mines ParisTech.
User Research Expert
Saniya Al Saadi
Saniya is deeply committed to holistic healthcare, social justice, eco-design, and accessibility.
Over the past decade, she has led user research and service design projects for more than 50 clients across France, spanning key sectors such as healthcare, sustainability, and mobility.
Within the healthcare space, she specializes in creating impactful digital experiences, having designed solutions for breast cancer detection, violence prevention, and diabetes management.
Her proven track record includes strategic collaborations with the French Ministry of Health and the French Diabetes Federation.
Saniya graduated from HEC Paris Business School (2011) and holds a Research Master’s degree from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
